Are we allowed to use outside vendors for our wedding?

You may use any professional and licensed vendor, as long as they are able to provide us with a current certificate of insurance with us listed as an additional insured, prior to them having access to the facility.

Will there be staff on site?

One Venue Assistant will be on site during the ceremony/reception to answer any facility related questions.

How many people can come to an event?

The venue can accommodate 150 people, depending on the layout of the ceremony or reception. For larger parties, The Winslow is the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding

Who handles catering?

Food must be provided by an insured catering company or restaurant. The kitchen may be used by the catering company for hot/cold holding, final touches, and clean up. Preparation of food must be done off site.

What is your policy on alcohol and security?

All alcohol must be served by an insured and licensed bartending service. Self serving is not allowed.

How do I reserve my dates?

The date for your event will be reserved once a contract has been signed, and the initial payment has been made.

Where is the nearest lodging?

The closest hotels will be in Fayetteville, but there are multiple AirBnB’s, lodges, and inn’s near us as well!

What about transportation to the venue?

We’re happy to refer you to one of the transportation services available that can help transport your guests to your event!
